To support accessibility across Iowa, we maintain dedicated examination sites in Cedar Rapids, Johnston, and Davenport. Each office offers a professional, neutral setting for objective assessments, assisting insurance adjusters and nurse case managers who need credible, board-certified expertise. Our Cedar Rapids office is the main location, conveniently located on North River Boulevard for local and regional clients. For those in central and eastern Iowa, our Johnston and Davenport sites offer scheduled appointments to reduce travel and provide flexibility for claimants and case managers. All locations are used exclusively for one-time evaluations, with no ongoing treatment or care management. Each facility is chosen for its accessibility and clear building identifiers, making it easy for claimants and referring parties to find us.
