Referral Submission for Iowa Workers’ Compensation IMEs

Probity Medical Services provides impartial, one-time Independent Medical Evaluations, impairment ratings, and causation analyses for Workers’ Compensation cases only. To refer a claim or request an expert medical opinion from Dr. Jeffrey Westpheling, please use our secure email at info@probityime.com. When submitting a referral, specify your preferred examination location: Cedar Rapids, Johnston, or Davenport. Dr. Westpheling is available in Cedar Rapids Monday through Friday, while satellite clinics in Johnston and Davenport operate by appointment on the 3rd and 1st Tuesdays of the month. All medical records, legal correspondence, and payments must be sent to the Marion PO Box. Physical exam locations cannot accept mail or records. For electronic submissions, attach records to your email. Probity does not provide ongoing treatment or case management and does not assume care beyond the initial evaluation.
